Surface Mount Stencils For Electronics Assembly
I-Source custom fabricates high quality, stainless steel SMT laser cut stencils for use in PCB assembly. All standard configurations are available, and all of our precision SMT stencils are electro-polished for enhanced paste release. For superior flexibility in achieving optimal solder paste volume deposit for components with diverse paste requirements, our multi-level stencils allow for multiple paste thickness with a single stencil.
We use state-of-the-art laser machines calibrated for optimal cut quality, high aperture and positional tolerances. When you order from I-Source, you can be assured that your stencil will be highly accurate and made from the best materials available.

Shadow Masks
Improve Deposition Performance
Shadow masks (also known as deposition masks & evaporation masks), are used in a wide range of vacuum-chamber evaporation and sputtering processes to fabricate both simple and complex micro-engineered electronic components and products. They are increasingly being used to deposit inks onto substrates during the manufacture of flat LED panel displays and other organic circuitry.
I-Source supplies a range of deposition masks such as single masks, multi mask sets, and frame systems with the possibility of ‘stepped’ recesses, limiting the need for spacer sheets. Finished shadow masks typically withstand post-deposition cleaning for up to 10 times longer than conventional masks.

Custom Fixtures and Tooling in Just 2 to 3 Days
I-Source Technical Services designs and fabricates a full range of custom SMT pallets, carriers and fixtures for the manufacturing of electronic assemblies. All of our SMT pallets, carriers and fixtures are made from either Durastone or Durapole. These specially-made composite materials are electrostatic-neutral, able to withstand chemicals and the repeated thermal cycles of manufacturing.
